Outreach Ministry

We are sent into the world to bear witness to the love of God in Christ.

The King’s Kitchen is a new ministry formed to provide a free hot meal, fellowship and spiritual support to our community. It is held on the 3rd and 5th Thursday of each month at 5:30 pm.

“Each one should use whatever gift he has received to serve others, faithfully administering God’s grace in its various forms.”  1 Peter 4:10

Free hot dinners served with hospitality and dignity on the third and fifth Thursday of each month from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

The King’s Kitchen was established as an outreach ministry at King of Glory in April 2017. We prepare a free hot meal for anyone who is hungry on the 3rd and 5th Thursday of each month.

Dinner is served from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.  KOG is famous for its pancake suppers, but our menu will change from month to month.  We enjoy a short devotion, fellowship, food, and prayer with each other. We also have a Blessings Table with household, personal care, and food items available for those who need them.

Facility Use

We make our facility available to groups like the Cub Scouts, Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, AA, Al-Anon, FA, and other non-profit organizations.  This is an important part of our congregation’s community outreach.
