Do you have a passion for working together with our interfaith neighbors? Do you want KOG to help make our OC community a place of equal opportunity for all? Here’s a chance to help fulfill those passions with two new outreach opportunities.
- Point-Person for Huntington Beach Youth Shelter Service Project for GHB Interfaith Community Service Day: communicate with the shelter and see what their needs are and then coordinate and manage service project volunteers on the day of service at the youth shelter, Saturday, April 22.
- CLUE (Clergy and Laity United for Economic Justice) NEW Inter-faith Racial Justice Network: help represent KOG in this new inter-faith endeavor focused on seeking racial justice in our community. The first meeting of the new network will be on Friday, February 17 from 3:00pm-4:30pm via Zoom.
Please see Pastor Kinndlee if you would like more information about either of these opportunities.
