King of Glory Lutheran Church Care & Kindness Ministry
One of our guiding principles is our conviction that the world will know that we are followers of Christ by our love.
Care Ministers provide the ministry of visitation either in person or by phone for members and friends of our congregation. This includes taking Holy Communion into the homes of our shut-ins. Training and support are provided.
Care and Kindness Volunteers provide acts of kindness and support for members of the congregation by providing things like rides to the doctor, meals after hospitalization, etc.
Happy Hands is a quilting ministry that distributes quilts to people in need, in support of the ministry of the church, or for special events or occasions.
