Greetings in the name of our Lord Jesus!

Congratulations on your anticipated marriage! This is an exciting and important time in your life and our congregation would be honored to be a part of it.

We want very much for your wedding to be a blessed and memorable event, but we hope even more that your marriage will be joyful and healthy. To this end, weddings are not something for which we “rent out” our facilities or personnel; they are an important part of the ministry of this congregation to our members and to our community.

  

The premarital preparation and wedding planning process will require a significant investment of time, both yours and ours. This will require flexibility and commitment on your part, but we assure you that the rewards will be worth the effort.

The first step in preparing for a wedding at King of Glory is an interview with me. During this interview we will:

  • determine the availability of pastoral and support staff as well as King of Glory’s facilities for the time and date requested. Note: No reservations can be made prior to this interview;
  • review King of Glory’s Wedding Policies and Guidelines to ensure your understanding and agreement;
  • establish an appropriate premarital preparation process; and
  • begin to gather the information necessary to facilitate the planning of your wedding.
